  Since my time at Texas Roadhouse, I first got experience in the to-go position where I learned the menu to efficiently take to-go orders and enter them in the system appropriately. I learned the proper phone etiquette when speaking with guests and directing them to the restaurant upon arrival. I gained skills on how to properly box up to-go food while keeping in mind the current COVID-19 guidelines. As I have continued my work at Texas Roadhouse, I have been moved up to a server where I've been able to interact with guests on a more personal level. While interacting with the guests I'm also completing my running duties of entering in orders, running food and drinks to tables, while also grabbing supplies and various materials for my coworkers and I throughout the shift.
