Megan and I worked together throughout her tenure at Holiday. Prior to Megan joining the department, we had brand standards, but no application; we had designers, but little consistent application. Megan was able to find a voice for Holiday’s creative which rang with genuineness, authenticity and fun while still pushing a direct marketing tone. Her friendly and easy-going personality make her a pleasure to work. And when you inevitably have to ask for a revision, she is quick, thorough and easy to work with. She is also gifted when it comes to web design and has established a standard of excellence at Holiday which will be hard to match.

Megan first started at Holiday Retirement as temp help when we needed graphic design assistance. Her design creativity, professional demeanor, and likable personality impressed the team immediately and we rapidly moved to make her a permanent addition. Megan reported directly to me and was a phenomenal asset. She has the knack for turning creative direction into impactful pieces. Whether she was given a lot of direction or simply a word, vision, or a strategic marketing goal, Megan combined her acquired knowledge of the senior living industry and her innate graphic design talents to create revenue and lead generating marketing pieces. On a personal note, Megan was also willing to step up and lead others on the team as well as share her craft with me to help me grow professionally and understand the graphic world better. If given the opportunity, I would hire her in a heart beat and have her on my team. Quite simply, she elevates the caliber of the team she's on as well as elevates the marketing standard for her company.
