Megan is an incredibly talented professional that I feel lucky to have worked closely with. Megan's relationship management skills are unparalleled. In my time at Coursera, I've seen Megan build and deepen many university partnerships to drive impact by increasing strategic alignment with many of our stakeholders. In addition, she’s taken on several large scale initiatives outside the scope of her work such as creating an Instructor Track for the annual Coursera Partner’s Conference. Her passion and commitment to social impact and increasing education access was consistently demonstrated in her work. As a colleague, Megan is a gem of a teammate who has encouraged me to bring my best self to work by providing thoughtful feedback and mentorship. Any company would be lucky to have her!

Megan and I worked together for 2-3 years as part of the strategic partnership the University of Illinois has with Coursera. Megan is a pleasure to work with and was extremely committed to our partnership. She has strong interpersonal skills and is able to bring diverse groups together and motivate them into productive teams. Megan also has excellent project management skills and brings a wealth of teaching and learning knowledge. I would highly recommend her as a wonderful addition to any organization.

Designed and currently teach a series of three graduate school classes: Leadership and Communication; Group Dynamics; and Ethics. I utilize my expertise in DEI and research on systems of oppression to embed an equity and intersectional lens in my approach and am always evolving curriculum and my methodologies. Teaching graduate students enhances my ability to lead enterprise DEI and coach leaders (and visa versa).
