I was a Hospitality Assistant for events held within my University during my 2nd and 3rd year of studies.This role involved a variety of different responsibilities which all centred around the idea of providing the highest levels of client care and services to all clients as well as internal employees.

I undertook a wide range of responsibilities for a range of various large events including the likes of Weddings, Christenings and Funerals.The primary responsibility within this role was to assist in the overall logistical and operational aspects of each event taking place. These responsibilities included working as part of a team, as well as solo, in order to ensure events ran smoothly and ensuring clients are content and happy.
