While working at WellCare Health Plans, I had the privilege of leading the Talent Acquisition team. In my capacity, I provided leadership in the design and implementation of the enterprise-wide Talent Acquisition strategies for WellCare. I provided strategic direction in the development and execution of continued operational enhancements, and I provided oversight to recruiting strategies and processes that attracted, selected and retained a world-class level of talent. I consulted and delivered innovative, responsive and increasingly efficient talent acquisition services to meet the dynamic and diverse needs. I had strong alignment with business leaders, senior HR Business Partners, and the Talent Management function, which enabled a collaborative approach to identifying talent to meet business needs. Additionally, I led all recruiting expansion and acquisition efforts, which included significant involvement supporting Centene's acquisition of WellCare & the TA integration 2019 thru 2020. I led an integrated model of RPO support, contract recruiting support, and a team of 70+ fulltime associates, which included a specialized recruitment team, strategic sourcing function, and executive recruiting team.
