To Whom It May Concern, This letter is intended to serve as a reference for Megan Clemens relative to her intended career in the Social Media field. Megan was an intern under me at Skirt Public Relations for three months, and, in this time, I worked closely with her as her superior on a number of administrative and social media-related tasks. During this time, I found Megan to be responsible, organized, great at following directions and changing course to align with recent feedback, willing to try anything, and all-around helpful in the office. The social media internship that she participated in is open-ended and less structured than most, and she took this opportunity to demonstrate her unique skills and impress her superiors, including myself. At the conclusion of her internship, Megan was asked to put together a full strategy for a hypothetical client based on the skills she learned during her time at Skirt PR, and she excelled at this task. Megan was a stellar intern at Meredith Marks. She came in at a time of extreme growth and took on the challenge of managing our social media efforts. Megan's efforts helped us over double our Facebook and Twitter followers by posting multiple entries daily to engage our followers and educate them about our brand. She always had great ideas for Instagram as well. Being a small company, our employees are expected to assist in all areas of business, and Megan was never shy about performing office support tasks like data entry, sales calls, and filing.
