I helped Balance Wellspace market their services to consumers and businesses throughout the Roanoke Valley. During my time with Balance Wellspace, I developed content for and managed a new website project, created new marketing collateral, integrated a new CRM (HubSpot), and new patient intake structure. I integrated Hubspot into their practice and created workflows and patient journeys within that platform. I was responsible for leading the creation, implementation, and coordination of CHP’s marketing, communications, event planning, and public relations activities for the homeownership and realty programs at CHP. I publicized and promoted programs for general and targeted audiences through website and social media postings, special events, and print collateral and communications. I was responsible for CHP Realty and Homeownership marketing efforts and strategies for locations in two states, with a focus largely on analyzing markets, and proposing and implementing strategies on how to best promote our services, including homes for sale. During my time at Society of St. Andrew I worked with a variety of media outlets across the country, both secular and religious, to further the mission of the organization. This included promoting events by writing press releases for local, regional, and national media. I was solely responsible for creating all marketing materials and maintaining consistency of the brand associated with the organization. Marketing materials I created every year included a quarterly newsletter, an annual report, and an alternative Christmas card. My work with the quarterly newsletter included designing, editing, writing, and working with a commercial printer to print and mail the piece to twenty-thousand important stakeholders. The alternative Christmas card provided more than $100k in donations for the organization annually. Other duties included maintaining an online newsroom, developing and maintaining contacts for the PR database of secular and non-secular, print, TV, radio, and online news media. I also produced promotional videos including filming, scripting, and editing. Show less
