My role at Bridge Logistics isn't limited to just one area. I am in charge of our Carrier Relations/Development Program and take pride in maintaining an excellent level of communication between account manager and carriers, helping them build long lasting, trusting relationships with those carriers. I am also very skilled at negotiating rates between Account Managers and Carriers. In 2014 I assumed control as our Corporate Software trainer for new hires and interns. With a hands on approach to training, I educate our new hires and interns with the most state of the art software in our field. My everyday goal is to support our Account Managers and help them move their freight with the relationships I have built with those and future carriers.
