      Implemented geographic information systems (GIS) capabilities within NOAA’s marine protected areas and Pacific Island coastal zone management programs. This included researching spatial data, defining hardware and software requirements, creating staffing and training plans, and evaluating candidates for a GIS assistantship program. Served as a primary developer of one-page project descriptions for outreach and presentation materials. Developed content and designed over 50 presentations for management for a variety of conferences and meetings.
