Fulltime Clinical Internship II: 12 week inpatient rotation at Salem Transitional Care Skilled Nursing Facility (staffed by Infinity Rehab). By the end of the rotation, I saw 90% caseload independently of about 70% simple, 30% complex patients. Patient population included neurologic, orthopedic, cardiovascular, and integumentary. Experience with COVID guidelines and restrictions for PPE and safety.
