  Ms. Shaked represents employers on a wide range of employment matters, including claims of discrimination and harassment, wrongful termination, wage and hour violations and whistle blowing. She also conducts workplace harassment prevention training and counsels employers on personnel matters such as the development of employee handbooks, hiring and termination decisions, and wage and hour compliance. Ms. Shaked represents clients in inspections, investigations and enforcement actions involving Cal/OSHA. She also represents clients against claims brought by patrons alleging lack of accessibility under Title III of the ADA and the California Unruh and Disabled Persons Acts. While in law school at the University of California, Hastings College of Law, Ms. Shaked participated in the Hastings Civil Justice Clinic, earning an award for Outstanding Performance in the Individual Representation Clinic.   Megan S. Shaked is an associate with Donahue Fitzgerald with a focus on employment, construction, and general business matters. Megan has assisted individuals as well as corporate, nonprofit and public entities with such matters as contract disputes, construction litigation, discrimination and harassment, wrongful termination, and wage and hour disputes. Megan has served as first and second chain on general business litigation bench and jury trials and arbitration. She manages and handles all aspects of litigation from pretrial discovery, dispute resolution, and motion practice to settlement and trial. Megan coaches the Hastings Trial Advocacy Team in mock trial competitions and is an active member of the Oakland Parks and Recreation Foundation, assisting with their legal needs and volunteering with the organization.
