Megan initially joined our product team as we were redesigning elements of our UI. She quickly went above-&-beyond, developing and maintaining a comprehensive design system as we extended and updated the platform. As a designer, Megan's UI work is crisp, clean and elegant. Her illustration work is delightful and full of personality. As a member of our product team, Megan is a pleasure to work with - collaborative, communicative and curious, and always willing to tackle a new challenge, even leaping into her first guerrilla user research session alongside me. With her clear aesthetic judgement & strong interpersonal skills, she is a huge strength in any team she is a part of.

Most recently I played a central role in the redesign of the Mind the Product brand and the accompanying design system: https://www.mindtheproduct.com/refreshing-the-mind-the-product-brand-for-the-next-decade/ From early 2018 - late 2019 I worked with the existing brand, created a refreshed visual language and a library of reusable components to help speed up development of various features of the Mind the Product online experience. During the Mind the Product London 2018 and 2019 conferences I helped run a design research lab, conducting user interviews so that I could better understand the needs of real users of the site. Being part of the Mind the Product team has been a fantastic experience and offered me some brilliant insight into the product world. Show less
