I am pleased to write a recommendation for Megan. I worked with Megan for 6 years as Long Term Care Account Managers at Forest Pharmaceuticals. Megan demonstrates so many qualities that have made her a top performing account manager and a highly effective sales person. First and for most Megan's integrity is impeccable. She gets results but never at the expense of what she knows and believes is ethical and compliant. She treats each and every person with respect and honor. Megan consistently learns and researches to be come a more knowledgable and credible resource. I had the opportunity to observe her on many occasions with her customers and found that the look to her as a very solid resource and a person they can partner with in making the best decisions for their patients. Megan is a self starter, self motivated and able to assess her skills to identify and capitalize on her strengths and develop her growth opportunities. She has amazing business acumen. She analyzes her sales and finds avenues for new growth. It has truly been an honor to work with and around Megan for so many years. I learned a tremendous amount from her and she has helped me become the sales person I am today. I recommend her for any sales position.
