As a curriculum director, I have managed 40 teachers and 175 students. I ensure that all teachers and students have the resources that they need to be successful in the classroom. I conduct thorough observations and assessments of teachers and students. I am in charge of inventory, budgeting, and admissions. During this pandemic, I have been conducting all virtual tours which has led to the school maintaining enrollment. Furthermore, (during the quarantine), I provide the children with access to education by launching 3 different virtual learning platforms.
