  As a Operations Coordinator for Contiki Holidays, I helped run the day to day itineraries for our West Coast, Cross Country and Western Canada programs. I put together manual rooming lists for our gateway cities, contact the hotels, suppliers, and restaurants we contract and update with any kind of schedule changes. Prior to the product team taking over contracting, I used to negotiate pricing for our included meals and some optional excursions. I also purchase at least seventy internal flights a year for our Best of USA program, and has roughly about forty clients per flight. I would like to think that my time management skills have sky rocketed due to the complexity of the industry I'm in.
