  I run a children's summer camp out of Edgewater Yacht Club in which students learn the basics of sailing. Responsibilities include balancing the camp budget, communicating with parents, ensuring the instructors are doing their jobs safely and properly, and working with club management to make sure sail camp follows all of the club rules.   As a hostess at Barrio, I worked in a fast-paced environment where customer service came first. I managed a restaurant rotation and wait list, answered guest's questions, and handled take-out orders from placing the order to ensuring customers had their correct meals. I have been trained to work under COVID-19 sanitation guidelines implemented for the food industry as well, as I worked for barrio a few months after the pandemic started.
