  As part of my consultancy module, in my final year at Queen's, it required a year long group work project with an outside firm seeking help.Our group was ecstatic to have been appointed to work with Cruinn Advisory LTD to develop their social media strategy. During this experience, it allowed me to further developed my team working skills as well as my consultancy skills.For example, we developed our time management skills by setting weekly team meeting and scheduling meetings with Cruinn Advisory LTD to up date them on project proceedings.We developed our communication skills by adapting to conduct our project on online platforms, both within the group and with Cruinn Advisory LTD.Our project had three aims that developed a coherent and plausible social media strategy.One of the most important aims we had was to explain the importance of social media and to back this up with secondary research.Additionally, we undertook a competitors analysis of companies in a social fields social media.Finally, we conducted our own primary research, in the form of a questionnaire, to gage how important social media is to companies and customers.
