I had the honor of mentoring Megan during her Assistant Producer Pathfinder internship at EA on The Sims 4 at Maxis during the summer of 2022. During her time at EA Megan excelled at learning the craft of Production in Video Games. She picked up processes very quickly, and was able to ship content from concept to live release during her short time on the team. Megan was always eager to jump right in to projects, even if it meant spending a little extra time doing research on her own in areas that she wasn't familiar with. Megan had her thumb on the pulse of fans of The Sims 4. Through her passion for the game, she was able to help continue to make fans voices heard through the content she proposed and eventually shepherded through production. Given the chance, I would be thrilled to work with Megan again in the future, and I am looking forward to seeing her progress in her career in the future.
