As an Assistant General Manager I was in charge of many areas. I ran shifts following shift routines and adapting as real-life situations affected a typical day's operation. I was in charge of hiring, onboarding, and training/retaining new employees. Another daily duty was to write the associate's schedules as well as the manager schedules. I also worked at a Gold Standard Training Café which takes on new Shift Supervisors, Assistant Managers, General Managers, and District Managers, whether they were promoted from within or an outside hire, and train them to be the best manager possible. It was one of my daily duties to go through their plans, sit down, teach them, and monitor at they ran shifts. My duties also included dropping deposits, watching labor, handling customer inquiries, monitoring deliveries and catering, along with being an approachable manager to my employees.

I worked as a front and drive-thru cashier as well as the window person. While in my young age I was able to learn valuable multi-tasking skills, customer service skills, and how to adapt with an array of personalities.
