      I volunteered at the London Marathon with Loughborough University and worked on the sustainability stations. It was truly amazing to see this event in real time, and as well we got to recycle lots of plastic bottles and stop them going into landfill. I am throroughly grateful to Loughborough for this opportunity and hope to do it again soon.       I completed work experience for Northampton School for Girls for 2 weeks when I was in year 12. I worked with the sports department and worked alongside the PE teachers, overlooking their lessons and helping them out. This was a great experience for me and allowed me to expand my knowledge around sports and how they are taught to young people. As I am passionate about women and girls in sport, this was also a great experience as it allowed me to see the things that motivated girls to take part in sport, and how to encourage them as well as give them support.
