Last year, Megan Gang invited me and encouraged me to be a "guest scientist" for a day in her 6th grade science classes. She was very eager and excited to get people from outside school, experienced in science, to come and talk with her students. She had her students well prepared for my visit, they were interested, and asked quite a number of questions. She prepared an environment that made it interesting and fun for me and was very good for her students to learn new facts and information from a real scientist.
