  I started as a swim instructor teaching ages 6m- 14 year olds basic skills to competitive swim training. After a couple months I was asked to become a lifeguard and do both. My daily work consisted of teaching private and group lessons, going back and forth between our indoor and outdoor facilities, training employees, testing chemicals, helping with swim meets, interacting with our customers, and our daily opening and closing duties.
