Megan brings a refreshing and welcoming approach to Yoga for her students. Whether they are Seniors, Adults or even Young Children, Megan has a way as an instructor of making a connection that leaves all feeling welcomed and encouraged. Doesn't matter if she is working with a large group or just one or two individuals, Mega is very attentive and in tune with her students. If you are looking for an instructor who is advanced and experienced in the different styles of Yoga or someone that is a brand new beginner, I wholeheartedly recommend Megan Garofola.

We learned foundational postures, explored creative movement through storytelling, practiced sounding such as "humming bee" and "lion's breath."
