  Brand new corporate office build for a group of emergency general surgeons operating in 8 practices across 4 states. I added 4 new practices, established a bad debt reversal look back process for Medicaid retro eligibility, established a bank reconciliation process, rolled out a lockbox, created an in depth insurance verification process, established a coding guide for new providers, created a billing office training manual and Sharepoint reference library, set up a coding QA claim hold tracking and provider feedback process to expedite charge release, transferred the collection agency invoice tracking to the billing system at a charge level and set up a settlement negotiation and claim reconciliation tool.
