  I completed my work placement as a member of the Mc Donald's Quality Control Team. Here I was trained in quality control, Internal Auditing, Product Validation, employee training and team work. I also completed 12 weeks working in Dawn Meats Grannagh as a member of the Technical Department where I completed daily and weekly floor checks and learned the inner workings of the abattoir and boning hall.
