  As a Business Analyst for the Professional Services team I was involved in working directly with the finance teams of our clients on various consulting projects, conducting implementations and training for a range of Prophix solutions whilst also taking part in internal project work. Responsibilities included: • Working with clients to implement financial software systems to improve reporting, forecasting and budgeting processes within finance departments • Engaging in discovery sessions to unearth the challenges clients are currently facing with their financial processes (e.g. month end, rolling forecasts and yearly budgets) • Designing a range of bespoke models within the software to meet the needs of different business areas (e.g. Revenue, OpEx, Marketing, CapEx, Personnel) using an agile methodology • Analysing clients complex excel workbooks to improve and recreate these reports and budgets within the software • Managing of multiple projects simultaneously and encouraging open and continuous communication with clients throughout the project life cycle • Conducting in depth training sessions for end users of the software, both 1:2:1 and for large groups • Being a strong source of customer support for when errors occur within the software and investigation of the issue is needed Show less
