  I am responsible for making accurate and effective assessments which reflect the needs, interests and stages of development of each child by supporting the delivery of the key person approach. Also, to consistently plan and delver rich learning opportunities and exceptional care that helps all children to develop. As well as working closely with the children it has been equally important to work similarly with colleagues and parents to ensure the specific needs of each child is met. I find this role rewarding and completely cherish the opportunity to make a difference to a child's development in these important early years.   My tasks included front of house customer management and maintaining effective levels of communication with the kitchen and other colleagues to ensure smooth and efficient service levels were adhered to. The situation brought about Covid meant having to quickly adapt to new environment and customer requirements whilst still offering exceptional service levels. I am proud to say my involvement in organising new ways of working played an integral part in the success of the business. I enjoyed developing my interpersonal and management skills whilst in this role and appreciate the fact that these attributes will assist in both my personal and work based future.
