Megan is an excellent consultant - she's a true partner in driving organizational DEI strategy, efforts, learning and training. Last year, she supported Momentive (formerly SurveyMonkey) in a few different key initiatives. In February 2022, Megan jumped in to support the design of leadership development learning tracks for our ERG leaders. She designed sessions on "your authentic leadership voice" and "facilitative leadership". The learning tracks were highlights of the three day ERG Leadership Summit. In the spring of 2022, Megan began consulting and supporting the design of Momentive's first DEI-focused learning strategy. She was an incredible thought partner for me in shaping and ultimately delivering a strategy that was clear, actionable, and inspiring. Megan joined me in leading focus groups on the DEI learning strategy in the fall of 2022. She helped to capture and codify feedback from a cross-functional group of employees. The value Megan has brought to my role and the collective DEI team at Momentive cannot be overstated. This work is difficult to do in isolation. Megan is thoughtful, creative, and creates space to brainstorm, process and take action in each meeting we have. The work that I lead is better because Megan is consulting, supporting and providing expert knowledge on intersectional topics and approaches to learning and development with a DEI lens. In a previous role at Year Up, Megan and I worked on the same team and I managed Megan for ~2 years in a role focused on staff learning and development. Specifically, Megan was responsible for creating manager training, leadership development experiences and supporting an all-staff retreat for 1000 people over 3 days. Megan excels at creating learning experiences that positions storytelling as a form of learning. During the all-staff retreat, Megan worked with each of our staff speakers ("spotlights") to help them craft and shape their unique, powerful stories and prepped each of them to speak on stage. Megan helped our speakers tell authentic, incredibly dynamic stories that became powerful learning experiences for everyone in attendance. Megan brings empathy, deep knowledge, and creativity to the work she does - and it shows in the incredibly powerful, diverse ways that she has impact on individuals, teams and organizations.

I had the pleasure of working with Megan at Year Up. My team regularly consulted her about ways to live our diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging values through our communications with philanthropic investors. Of note, she dedicated hours of her time to one such project, providing invaluable insight through her writing and editing and serving as a trusted advisor throughout the process. Megan has a way of making others feel so welcome in any conversation, and creates authentic brave space for dialogue through her expert facilitation skills. Based on all that I have learned from her example, I know she will be a true asset to any organization or company. I enthusiastically recommend Megan without hesitation, and would be thrilled to partner with her again in the future.
