Complete Human Resource tasks daily including employee payroll, annual reviews, corrective actions and performance improvement plans. Approve Paid Time off request and manage staffing coverage daily. Oversee Team Leads to ensure they are properly coaching and monitoring their teams. Monitor Patient Intake Coordinators to ensure they are completing necessary tasks on an efficient and proactive basis in the best interest of the company. Adhere to company policy and practices and adapt myself and team to policy changes as necessary. Review medical records and assist employees with difficult admissions as needed. Actively use customer service and communication skills in interacting with referral sources, clinics, and upper management. Assist in creation and training of new systems, policies and procedures. Mentor new employees. Travel as necessary to attend meetings and conferences to promote and present on the admissions office.
