  For six months I completely immersed myself in Haitian culture. I lived with a Haitian family who taught me their language, Creole. During the week I taught the kids at one of the local schools English. On Sundays I joined the youth group in their studies on God's Word.   During my time at Campus House I designed and created an environment for students to interact with each other and engage with the speakers. I planned activities and retreats for the students to build friendships outside of the classroom. I used my computer skills to created a booklet for students to use as they were immersed in other cultures during our mission trips.
