Erin Fehr
I had the pleasure of supervising Megan in the role of Engineering Event Assistant (student staff) within our Faculty of Applied Science Marketing, Communications and Recruitment team for the 2021-2022 academic year. Megan was an integral part of the team managing events and communications, as well as managing our event volunteer team. Megan consistently demonstrated a high level of professionalism and dedication in her role. Her ability to strategize, plan, and execute successful large-scale events with more than 1000 attendees and directly managing over 100 volunteers was truly impressive. What truly sets Megan apart is her exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, even when managing her peers or working with other professional staff on our team. Throughout our time working together, I witnessed Megan's exceptional attention to detail and her unwavering commitment to delivering high-quality work. She also managed to complete all of her work on time, or in advance of deadlines, while also staying up to date in her schoolwork and participating on a design team and other extracurriculars. I have no doubt that Megan will be an asset to any organization she joins in the future!
