I currently work part-time, on a zero hour contract, working as a waitress. I have gained transferable skills, which I aim to use in the future. I serve customers food as well as taking orders and serving drinks. My confidence has increased by speaking to new people and being encouraged to try new things. I feel my customer service skills have greatly improved.

I was able to educate children about the animals nutritional, welfare and husbandry needs; as well as answering questions they had about the animals. I assisted open evenings as well as activities, which included creating enrichment for species such as the Serval and Lemurs, especially during the Christmas time. Show less
