While at work, a normal day consists of dealing with the day to day operations of the HR department. Organizing and updating employee files and new employee paperwork. I take care of all OSHA requirements. Some include Forklift Training, Overhead Crane Training, MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheets), Lockout / Tagout, Emergency Action, Personal Protective and Hazardous Communications. I also oversee all inspections, welding certs/logs and Turbo Books. Daily I enter quotes and purchase orders accurate, along with managing the phones and greeting guests.

A normal day at work consists of various activities. Some of the more common things I do daily are entering quotes and jobs, managing the phones and emails, and helping the shop manager schedule when we should make the jobs. Other activities I do are helping our HR/Accounting lady and give our customers status updates on their orders. Along with talking to our vendors on statuses on our orders.

While I was working there, I had many responsibilities. Some of my everyday activities were, stocking and facing shelves. Along with, performing costumer refunds while upholding excellent customer service, and helped check customers out with speed and accuracy. I also, monitored cash levels and completed the nightly bank deposit and paperwork. While I was working there, I had many responsibilities.
