This was achieved without direct supervision and whilst exercising a large degree of autonomy- Responsibility to ensure that the highest standards of programme delivery are reached through the implementation of effective staff training across the country. This training is in place to ensure that staff’s development needs are being met and in turn programme performance is a success.- To deliver training to all new staffing teams. This process involves coordinating 2 day off-site intense tutorials along with on-site role specific evaluation and weekly feedback on individual performance.
