I am a part of a fun loving working environment, which gave volunteering opportunities such as dressing up to raise money for local charities of the public/staff's choice, assisting the 'Dorset Angels', serving lunches for the elderly in our local town hall. Every opportunity that came about, I volunteered to do as I love to develop my relationship with customers and the community whilst helping and donating my time to do so.I embrace working as part of a team, providing friendly, knowledgeable and efficient service to customers and colleagues, which includes delivering exceptional customer care to the highest possible standards.

I was among one of only six students to be given a sponsorship by the Samuel Mico Trust to gain invaluable work experience in industry. In my short time at the DMHF I was in charge of a project called 'The Social Impact' where I analysed feedback forms completed by the users of the forum and used the information to produce a report to higher management as to what they're doing well, how they could improve and what they have done already to help people in the local area.I was also responsible for producing an Excel spreadsheet for the different activities the forum was responsible for in their 'SLAP' program, which stands for 'Sports and Leisure Activity Program' I documented all of the intake forms, how many people attend which session, how much money was raised form each activity and whether it was worth the forum continuing these activities (based on whether it was costing more to run them) and its validity on aiding mental wellness.I was also responsible for ordering DBS forms and sending off applications for DBS checks, as well as answering the phones - which enabled me to gain excellent phone etiquette, sitting in on interviews and taking notes etc.
