As a teacher in the field of related arts, my responsibilities are vast. I need to be flexible, creative and encouraging throughout the day. I organize and put on assemblies, design and edit our school yearbook, I lead a student leadership club, organize food and clothing drives for our school and community. I head up our districts Musical Theatre Deptartment by putting on school plays and musicals. I am an Art Team coach, which hosts art competitions for artists within our region and spearhead many field trips to student leadership conferences and play productions. My primary instruction focus is within the fields of visual arts and theatre performance.
