Megan is a pleasure to work with and a joy to know. I am a graphic designer and Megan was my project manager for over 2.5 years. She made even the most difficult of days better with her humor, willingness to help, back others up, pitch in whenever and wherever needed, and her superb problem-solving skills. Megan excelled at tracking complicated workflow during changes in management and strategic direction and many times where we were understaffed. She collaborated across multiple departments to ensure projects were completed correctly and on time. The thing I appreciated most about her was the fact that she paid for an SMU certification program on graphic design out of her own pocket to better understand my job and be a better support to our growing creative team. Megan would always go above and beyond her role, looking for creative errors, grammar and punctuation errors, and ways to make our workflow process smoother. She tracked, managed, and assigned anywhere from 10-50+ creative requests in a day, submitted files to press, coordinated with printers and vendors nationwide, assisted with the creative requests of well over 50 sales persons and three entire departments, picked up and mailed prints and checked for quality. She also helped train temp designers and new hires alongside me, and supported me at every turn to help streamline creative workflow. She has always been professional, charming, wonderful to get to know, and fun to be around. On my most difficult days, she was always there to lend an ear and provide suggestions. Megan's vibrant personality brings a true lightness to the workplace that I always valued, and one I will truly miss. I'd give her 10 out of 5 stars! :) She will be hugely successful in all future endeavors.
