Rapid deployment and on the road 11 months out of the year, traveling to, and living in, any of our nationwide locations completing assignments at the discretion and direction of the Chief Operating Officer (COO). If directed by COO, remained on-site to provide assistance and direction to improve services. • Conducted interviews and hired 120 new direct support staff during rapid acquisition of another agency that had lost license to operate. • Provided supervisory coverage in multiple states for all levels of management as well as providing supervision for direct care staff. • Provided training on company policies and practices as well as CPR/FA (American Red Cross), behavioral intervention program (Mandt), use of paperless system management of service provision (Therap), compliance with state rules and regulations, as well as expectations for quality implementation of services.
