Account Manager
-
May 2020 - Dec 2021
After working on the Volkswagen account for a few months where the focus was on Quebec specific initiatives, I moved onto the Fido account, where things move fast. As an Account Manager, I worked closely with the Fido Brand team as well as with our internal creative teams. From initial briefs to multiple rounds of feedback, to finally delivering all necessary assets, I managed expectations and made sure all deadlines are met. My people skills allowed me to excel at this job. Marketing Intern

Sep 2019 - Dec 2019
Temple Lifestyle Brands develops, markets and sells products in the better-for-you and organic consumer packaged goods industry, and owns Buddha Brands, the coconut-based drinks and snacks brand. In my role as the Marketing Intern, I created content and inspiration for web, social media and email marketing. This entailed keeping a close eye on what competitive brands were doing, and trying to do something different. In order to increase brand awareness, I conducted social media and influencer outreach for new product launches. My role also included: •Support on content calendar planning •Brand Ambassador relationship management •Blog writing for optimized organic web searches •Instagram Story management Show less

Account Manager Intern
-
May 2018 - Aug 2018
TAXI is a cutting edge advertising agency that puts people at the centre of what they do. TAXI's core practices - strategy, creativity, and experiences - are what allow them to create relationships between brands and people. I was lucky enough to be offered a full-time role as an Account Manager on the Fido account. Being an Account Manager is all about communication. I was the middle-woman between the client and the creative team, and communicated all necessary information. I wrote internal project briefs based on clients requests and communicated it to creative teams, and monitored, adjusted, and facilitated work-back schedules to insure that delivery dates were met. Project Coordinator

Aug 2017 - Jan 2018
Eat It Up Media is an advertising agency that specializes in Out-Of-Home and Experiential campaigns. with the goal of transforming visions into reality. As a Project Coordinator, I assisted in the execution of Out-Of-Home marketing plans, which entailed hiring, training, and monitoring of external staff. The external staff were the people who executed the campaigns. Eat It Up's OOH network proudly includes bill folders, coffee sleeves, digital, coasters, banners and more. I assisted in the execution of Experiential campaigns, which involved interviewing, hiring and training groups of Brand Ambassadors that manned various onsite activations for companies like Wrigley’s Excel Gum, Walmart and 20th Century Fox Canada. Once the campaigns had finished, I prepared post-mortems for review by senior management prior to presentation to the client. The post-mortems included total amount of impressions made and key learnings. Show less
