  At The Works I organized and managed a stills photo shoot, co ordinating the creative team and talent to ensure a smooth production. I helped make sure that the images produced sat alongside the original stills and TVC campaign. The images are for a variety of usage: outdoor, online and print.   At Spring Creative, a next generation advertising agency, I was appointed Head of Creative Operations / Traffic. I ensured that all projects, whether print or digital, were delivered on budget and on time. Key responsibilities were to manage work flow for all internal departments, to allocate the best possible creative resource to each project, to traffic time and responsibility, to maintain clear internal communications and to meet and manage client expectation. Clients include: Bally, Ferragamo, Cos, Monsoon, Target, Vogue, Tods.

  My role covered all aspects from initial client interfacing to interpretation of a brief, budget negotiations, shoot logistics, post production and final delivery. I worked with both clients and directors to produce their vision. I recruited and managed all technical crew to ensure a reliable team, productive shoot and smooth post process.
