Key operational responsibilities included; • Scoping of Client event brief in reference to such things as venue selection, hospitality, accommodation, and transport and audio/sound requirements. • Preparation of supplier service contracts via tender process when necessary. • Budget preparation, monitoring and final reporting. • Managing suppliers contracted service & presentation standard. • Direct marketing initiatives for website, facebook and printed materials. • Departmental coordination and briefings.

This unique sporting and versatile venue, that was designed with knowledgeable input to accommodate conference and corporate hospitality space was a challenge as much as the outcomes were rewarding.
