Including organization and communication of the group as a whole. Organized strategy for the team to create a plan to maximize the team’s potential.- Individual management of players helping to advise and guide in personal, athletic and academic progression. - Budget management for two college athletic programs. Including live budgeting, as well as budget projection for following year. - Reports on competitors and their tactical advantages and disadvantage on and off the field. - Analytical reports on team set up, advantages and disadvantaged, and team development.- Scholarship management. Division of a scholarship money pool for each program. Work to use this money to maximize potential of whole team and keep individuals incentivized. - Inventory ordering and management. Processing, tracking and recording team equipment, uniform and apparel. Documenting a running inventory list. - Trained and supervise assistant coaches, graduate assistants and student assistants. Working to maximize our staffing to benefit the teams. - Community involvement, including community events and promoting/marketing our team in the local area.- Monitoring individual academic progression resulting in multiple individual and team academic honors and 90% graduation rate- Developed, designed and executed Columbia College’s first ID Camp, which now runs annually as part of our recruiting plan.- Game day operations manager for lacrosse events.
