  I started as an SME and Alt-text writer with K-12 Content Solutions. Got an opportunity to work as the lead for Alt-text writing team and on-boarded many freelancers. The company gave me sufficient exposure and training to grow up as a project manager and handle tasks like work allocation, tracking, client interaction, handling escalations, interacting with vendors etc. I was promoted to a Project Manager role in 2019 and have been working on several projects since then.
