  My responsibility as a Secretary of Students' Forum Jr, is to carry out events that make student experience here at Narsee Monjee Jr. College more memorable. It includes managing a team of 35 Class Representatives and leading them to conduct events such as Clash of Committees, Students' Week and Teachers' Day Celebration. My post as secretary is assisted by 2 joint secretaries, a treasurer, 5 Head of departments and 27 members.

  Students' Forum Jr. is a committee of Class Representatives, who bridge the gap between the college administration and the students by communicating various updates about college. It includes solving doubts of students as well as working to organize events to make student life here at Narsee Monjee Jr. College memorable.

  Cohesion was a membership drive for 14 committees of Narsee Monjee Jr. College. My role was to organize a live event where 14 Committee President/Secretary introduce their committee to the newly admitted students of First Year Junior College. I had to co-ordinate with all 13 Presidents/Secretaries (myself being one of the Secretaries), also coordinate with the faculty in charge for the event and maintain smooth functioning of the event.
