Hi, my name is Tom Jungen and this is a recommendation for Christian Bartsch. Finding a great mentor is hard.. However, the quest for perfection is actually what kills it most of the time. The perfection we both seek within ourselves and the one we wish to find in others. There are no perfect people. Moreover, there are no perfect mentors. However, there are people like Christian Bartsch who have this incredible ability to share their business knowledge and personal experiences in an unselfish way to make others better. I met Mr. Bartsch a few years ago in Toronto and had the pleasure to personally work together on a client project. Christian willingness to share his vast experiences and knowledge is invaluable. In addition, Christian can articulate his knowledge in training to the group with past business examples in a clear concise way that provides clarity to the end user. During training sessions there was also a very technical IT portion where again his experience is top-notch that would rival any expert in the industry. I can honestly say I have met many technical IT professionals however there are not many that can convey deep tech jargon to average users so it becomes crystal clear! Now it's great to build incredible systems however you now need to be able to advise clients on how to use these them and how to enter market strategies. This can be overwhelming for clients, however Christian provides so many great work examples for a smooth transition for the client. Clients receive value added support guidelines such as past danger zones of social marketing that include Do's and Don't examples. Last but not least the overall strategy is conveyed at all levels of the organizing inclusive of the CEO. In closing, if you have the opportunity to work with Christian Bartsch the work relationships and business opportunities that he brings to the table are invaluable to any business wanting to take it to the next level. I am proud to say that Christian Bartsch is my mentor, consultant and friend.
