   Having work experience with these companies, following are my job description. Sending Enquiries to Supplier for Quotation Preparing Comparison for received Quotations Preparing Material Submittals (verifying with project specification, related documents, ISO certificates validate, Product catalogues highlighting, etc., Maintaining Material Log, Updating and reporting to Management, day to day basis and weekly basis Maintaining Incoming & Outgoing letters, Logs, Documents & Soft Copies from Main contractor and Consultant. Maintaining Indent Log and LPO details Log co-ordinate with site. As a Material Coordinator Follow-up with supplier for Delivery Schedule, Shipping Details of Ordered Materials, Coordinating with Logistic to receiving material offloading. Coordinating with Store received material related issues, Solving issues of excess or short received materials. Supervise Material receipt from Vendors / Materials Department ensuring safe unloading and placement in assigned storage locations. Carry out initial checks on received materials for verification of items as per Purchase order, Material requisition or Customers Material request documentation. Coordinate with Material control Supervisor and / Project Manager for technical verification of items and associated documentation. Prepare all receiving and inspecting documentation. Issuing tools, consumable materials and spare parts to the maintenance workers using Issue form. Check returned tools against issue form and report damages and losses. Check inventory and the condition of stored items at regular intervals. Maintain good housekeeping in all stores areas for quick issuance of Tools & materials. Periodic inventory checks on all tools, consumables etc., and report status. Issue material from stores against Material Issue vouchers (MIV) as approved by responsible engineer.
