In my responsibilities as liaison with the Global Service Center in Bangalore, India I had the pleasure of working with Ms. Meenu Prassanan for nearly two years. During my site visits I’d observed her always to be diligently working, often being the last at her desk, to ensure work for the department was done for logout time. She asked thoughtful questions to understand the transactions she was asked to process to ensure accurate completeness and compliance to requirements. My staff in the U.S. that had direct responsibility for the oversight of work within the Global Service Center where Meenu worked have the utmost respect for her as a worker and a person. They find her to be very conscientious in her work and always willing to assist. Her management and peers relied heavily upon her to do work that required the most attention to detail, which she performed to the highest degree of accuracy. She worked well within her team and was highly regarded by all. From the observations I had made and the feedback of my team I find Meenu to be highly inquisitive, driven, with a great work ethic and an excellent team player. Though sad to learn she was leaving HSBC I was delighted that she was furthering her education as I thought her bright and having potential well beyond her then position. I believe Ms. Prassannan to posses all these wonderful traits and many other fine qualities and give her my highest recommendation, wishing her all the best in her future.
