  Recruitment and Selection: • Sourcing of relevant candidates through talent search, networking and refe lrences and job portals • Providing the company with relevant and quality candidates within the stipulated timeframe. • Screening and short-listing of CV’s, Interview Scheduling, taking preliminary Interview of the short-listed candidates and all follow up actions thereafter till the close of the position. • Client co-ordination • Handling the first round of HR Interviews in order to assess the candidate's suitability, Attitude, Academic & professional qualifications, experience, communication skills etc. • Coordinating the Interviews with the Technical Panel • End to end coordination of interviews from technical team and candidate side. • Developing and maintaining of database on the basis for immediate and future requirement.
