When I was running the analytics function at Octopus, I worked with Michelle for the first time. In the sales function she was one of the most forward thinking and led many important projects for upgrading the sales tech stack - which ultimately meant we were measuring sales activity more accurately and in turn the sales function was becoming the highest performing. Fast forward to even today, she is one of my goto person when I have to think creatively around go to market, how to approach different enterprise market segments out-of-the box. If you are looking for someone with creative thinking and a bias for action, I think she'll be an asset.
