Where do I start? Let's go! I have worked very closely with Medlyn during the years her company was in business with my company. She excelled in the role of Business/Administrative Manager, exhibiting one of the highest levels of productivity I have seen in a Business Manager during our organizations business relationship. Medlyn produces a high volume of work while consistently maintaining high standards for quality and accuracy. Medlyn possesses the ultimate "can do" attitude while taking on clients with positive energy and a smile. I used to call her the 'Busy Bee' because her upbeat personality and engaging personal style enabled her to interact effectively with our management. In addition, she is very well organized and keeps track of the details necessary to coordinate events and run an efficient company. Proactive in anticipating rising business needs, she takes the initiative to go beyond her job's expected parameters. All the intangibles that lead to success in the workplace are in order with Medlyn. There will be no unpleasant surprises, and I am confident she will fit in and add to any organization's morale. A true testament to her growth is her drive to further her education with a Masters's degree program in the United Kingdom. There is no comfort zone with her, and I wish her all the success available to her. She is an absolute gem. I volunteered to write this recommendation for Medlyn because I am very grateful for her contributions to my company. In addition, I am confident that she has the intelligence, work ethic, and communications skills to add value wherever she works. Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions about this outstanding woman. Sincerely, Leonard Omofomah
